Every Memo Revive order is placed, charged, shipped and refunded by the seller’s own store, so anything attached to a transaction has to go to the seller’s support desk rather than to us. The order confirmation email you received after checkout is the authoritative route: it carries the seller’s support address and your order reference, and it is the single fastest thing to reply to.
We do not publish a telephone number for the product, because we have not been able to verify one that we could stand behind. Publishing a number we cannot confirm would be worse than publishing none: readers end up calling a line that is not the seller’s. If a phone contact exists, it will be on your order confirmation or inside the seller’s own store, and that is the copy to trust.
Write to us about the content itself: a figure on this site that does not match the label, an ingredient description you think is misleading, a broken link, or a question about how we research and how we earn. Those are the things an independent publisher is responsible for, and we would rather hear about a mistake than leave it up.
